We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was new and modern, with clean rooms and plenty of dining options. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Morgan at the front desk. The location was great, with easy access to BC Place and the seawall. The in-room breakfast was convenient and excellent.

Nothing to fault.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Kyle, the doorman, who treated us with a big smile and respect. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well taken care of. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with plenty of towels and amenities provided. The location was perfect, close to shopping centers and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and experience in this city. The staff, particularly Service Agent Sabrina Chen, were extremely helpful and made us feel very special and welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and the overall service was outstanding.

Almost perfect, but there were some minor issues with poorly designed pocket doors in the bathroom.
